Driver Hire Agreement

The driver will be responsible for any incident relating to Hunter Associates UK Ltd. Vehicles. It is the driver's responsibilty to maintain the vehicle in a roadworthy condition. Failure to adhere to this will make the driver liable for any damages. Whilst driving HIRED vehicles the DA is responsible for regular checks on fluids and wear and tear items and to report any defect immediately Huter Site superiors to avoid any major repair deductions.Any road traffic incidents need to be reported immediately, and the appropriate accident form completed. Driver's need to take photographic evidence at scene of RTA to ensure quick resolution and to reduce or remove deductions. Driver need to reporrt any parking or speeding violations to supervisor as quickly as possible to avoidgreater deductions than necessary. The HIRED vehicle has a tracking device installed. Any tempering or damage will be fully charged to the driver. 12 full working days will be held upon start of the contract. This will be fully returned on leaving the company after 45 days. If, however, there are any traffic penalties or vehicle or public property damage ( caused by driver neglect ) monies from this deposit will be used to cover those costs.

If any DA has any questions or reasons for concern regarding this agreement they may contact the site supervisor initially for clarification.

This agreement remains in efficient Hunter UK Associates Ltd., receives a written noticed of Cancellation of driver services.
